The trail leads to a luxury wellness retreat hidden in the Mexican jungle. Determined to find her sister before it’s too late, Casey poses as a resort guest and heads to Mexico to rescue her sister.
As Casey digs deeper, she finds something far more sinister than she could have imagined, and it’s possible that neither of them will get out alive.

An incredible read from beginning to end.
The idea of mirror twins was totally new to me and added such a captivating twist to the story. The author really captured that intense, almost supernatural bond that twins share.
The story shifts between the two sisters, each facing unique challenges in their own circumstances. While there were moments when flashbacks mingled together, causing a bit of confusion, it didn’t happen too often. Overall, it was mostly easy to keep track of what was happening.
I felt the pacing was just right, with the story speeding up and slowing down perfectly to match the plot’s flow. The author tackled the topic of mental health thoughtfully, especially considering how sensitive this subject can be. Overall, it was handled with care.
Bonnie Traymore definitely has a way of capturing hearts and minds. Looking forward to reading more from this author.
